Enjoy an exciting introduction to ballet! Learn basic steps and vocabulary, as well as stretches, barre, center, and across the floor exercises to promote strength, flexibility and hand-eye coordination. Use colorful scarves during free dance to explore levels, tempos, and locomotor movement, as well as moving in one place. Week ends with a small showcase of what we have learned, including a choreographed dance!
