Do you enjoy rope jumping? Have fun and get some great exercise. Learn long and short rope skills and how to “Double Dutch”. Make up your own individual and group routines. Meet other jumprope-lovers as you develop coordination, rhythm, agility, aerobic endurance, and leg strength. Use music as you learn many different types of jumps. Don’t wait; jump right in!!!!
