Do you run through the woods and meadow without stopping to really look at the living environment around you? When you swim in a pond, do you know that it is the habitat for millions of tiny creatures? Become an investigator inside the classroom as you examine natural items. Outside, be the explorer—discovering hidden wonders in a pond, woods, field, stream, or ocean. There will be several exciting field trips following by related activities in the classroom. This course runs from 9:00-2:30 PM daily, with an occasional earlier departure and later return. Parents MUST be able to assist in driving and supervising on 1-2 trips each. (Toddlers and infants cannot accompany parent chaperones).
Cost $335, including all materials and trip fees.
